Had seen so many comments on how difficult the levels are. I've got hooked up and spent a lot on buying the booster to help pass levels but it gets soooooo difficult when I'm trying to complete the endless modes. Way too difficult that it is somehow ridiculous spending so much on it. Normal levels are achievable but as everyone has mentioned, it gets very difficult and definitely needed booster. It will take very long to pass one level without paying to buy booster or resurrection.

Fun game and addictive at the beginning. The moment it hits level 31, the difficulty level is too high, and it is not easy to pass the level when I am only playing this game for the 2nd day. The difficulty level discouraged me from continuing to play. Ultimately, my game is for passing time and leisure. Update: Tried playing level 36 repeatedly and used the boosters however still 😳 unable to pass the level. Do consider making the game easier to play. I not playing anymore.

Hi! Here are some tips: * Level-up your doctors and upgrade your equipment; * Invest in Revenue upgrades which will help you earn more Coins in a level, and Patience upgrades which make patients wait longer and prolong the level; * Use Boosters; And most importantly, don't give up!

I will give it a 2 for the initial addictiveness. However, just to complete the first location of the map, I have already spent on purchases of multiple resurrection packages and purchases for upgrades. The game has been made impossible to complete without making heavy investment. Will not recommend to download for long term playing. It was a disappointment and turn off.
